The LG 32UD99-W Monitor became one of the most successful UHD 4K monitors in the market soon after its release. Everyone who wanted a good user experience wanted to purchase it. The one thing that the users have experienced the most is the screen flickering.
Although the company claims that the monitor is completely free of flickers, we found some flickering while streaming Netflix in low light.
The other thing that I experienced is that the screen blacks out in the middle of gaming through the PC, Xbox, or any other gaming console. However, the display is highly adjustable; the size and colors of everything can be adjusted in the settings.
The settings are also a blessing and a boon on their own because the user might take a while to get the hang of all the options and adjustments that are hiding in the system for the best experience, while some simple users might not even understand how to do anything.
The brightness of the screen, on average, is 350 cd/m², while its peak brightness is 550 cd/m². With these levels of brightness and the huge variety of colors in 4K, the display seems crisp and clear, as if you are witnessing something in real life, giving the user a cinematic experience at home.
